I am not fond of the cold; colder than the Barge's recent temperatures would seem unpleasant, but it appears we are provided adequate clothing. I have never been to New York; my time on Earth was limited largely to California. I understand the city was frequently crowded, even at such an early date?

Severus, if there is any place in particular you wish to see, I will attempt to locate it. I have one place in particular that I intend to visit, but my unfamiliarity limits my plans.

Yeah, the city's pretty well packed. It's fun though, and meant to be beautiful at Christmas. I'd follow Sam's suggests for gloves and add the mention of a hat or something to keep your head warm. The winds in the city can be rough.

I imagine the hat will be necessary to cover my ears, but thank you for the suggestion. Such tall buildings would easily create wind tunnels throughout the city. I imagine it must get extraordinarily cold.

In New York, you wouldn't need to worry about your ears, I don't think. New Yorkers tend to ignore things like that. And yeah, it gets a bit cold, especially if you're down near the water.

Not really. They've just kinda... seen it all, ya know? They've seen pretty much everyone can do to make themselves look different. Piercings, odd hair colors, facial tattoos. Ears would just be one of those things.

I doubt they have 'seen it all.' And there is a difference between self-imposed physical changes, and biological differences. However, that would make traveling a good deal easier.

They're... well, they're killer robots whom look like pepper pots and are out to destroy... well, everything.

Because they want to. Daleks don't really have a lot of reason. Last time I saw them, they were trying to destroy reality itself.
