Do you have the ability to make this not only possible, but reversible?

It is possible and reversible, Commander - but I strongly advise against it. The variables involved in that kind of undertaking put you at extreme risk.

If I'm unwilling to experience her way of life, it would be hypocritical of my to ask her to experience ours. [She has spent WAY TOO MUCH TIME under Archer's command.]

Commander, when I say "risk", I mean harm. What you're asking to do is extremely dangerous, and to experience her way of life just for the sake of fairness is reckless and borders on unethical.

In what way? You said it is reversible. If that's so, then presumably you could monitor any potential dangers.

Hypothetically, yes, it is reversible - but if something were to go wrong, I'm not sure I could reverse it. I don't have the technology available to me here that I had on Voyager.
