[Hi Barge. There's a very serene looking Vulcan on the screen. She isn't quite smiling yet, but it's lying in wait.] In light of the recent flood, if anyone would like to discuss their experiences, I have a good deal of free time on my hands. Slade has slipped into a barge coma, it would seem. I've left him in his room, and intend to check in on him regularly: I believe he would prefer to be there than the infirmary, if that is acceptable.

[And there's the smile.] I'd be happy to speak with anyone who feels it would help them.

[She nods, and leans back, looking satisfied. The rest is directed toward her apparently now vast group of friends, though it's still public.] On an unrelated note, I've considered allowing my hair to grow out. [SHOULD SHE, BARGE?]

So hey, how'd the flood work out for you? I saw you and your husband had some... interesting stuff to deal with.

'Interesting' may be putting it lightly. At least I was unaffected; I'm not sure he would have handled being completely without familiar faces well at all. [She's totally amused, though. Trip being pregnant will never not be hilarious.]

[He's grinning, because although it is weird as hell, it is indeed hilarious.]

The flood took us back to our past selves, right? So what happened back when he was actually like that?

We spent several weeks searching for the mother. He was quite fortunate that we were able to find her - and that the fetus could be removed.

Wow, that's- [He laughs, a little bit more forced. Alien fetuses. That rings a few bells.] -really gross. I might regret asking, but how did he end up with someone else's kid inside him?

What he thought was a game actually allowed for the transfer of DNA. [Hmmm that laugh sounded kinda forced there.] He was very surprised. Is everything all right?

[There's a bit of a pause, then, awkwardly:] You know, it kind of brings back... memories. You read my file.

[Damn it T'Pol, shouldn't you be sensitive to this crap. She sounds apologetic.] I shouldn't have said anything, Perry.

[Well, Perry is bizarro Perry right now, so it's all good.] Hey, it was my fault for asking, right?

[So bizarro their planet is square.] I should have considered what I was saying. I apologize.

[Seriously. Now he just sounds a little embarassed.] Aw shit, T'Pol, you don't have to apologize. It's okay.
