I think that it doesn't really matter when he can attack one of the supposed demons here and get it that way and at least this way, it's guarded by someone who can defend it.

And you think he won't turn to one of those demons when you put up a fight?

I was thinking that I'd be able to subdue him, talk him down and call his Warden.

Desperation will, on occasion, make a formidable enemy.

There is no solution more acceptable than another. Preparing to fight him seems a mistake, however.

Given the options, I'd sleep better knowing that he's more likely to attack me than someone else because I was too scared for my own safety.
