[Private to the EMH]

I understand that you are familiar with the Borg Queen?

[Private to Kirk]

[So Trip's on board again and hey not eight years behind her but she would kind of like to make a tradition out of drinking with him over this craziness.] Are you busy?

[Private to the Borg Queen]

How long has it been since you left your quarters? [Her best friend the cat is meowing in the background.]

[Private to the Seventh Doctor]

Have you ever attempted to-- [She doesn't know exactly what to call it, since he doesn't really meld, precisely.] --connect with another's mind who was significantly stronger than yours?

[He greets her, and even after his cleaning session at his older brother's arrival his room already has gathered some scattered half finished inventions.

He rushes to the door and opens it, hints of Vulcan spice tea filling the air.] T'Pol! Hello! [With Time Lord eagerness at the prospect of doing something knowledgeable or teaching. He motions her in.]

Let me fill you a cup and we'll head into the TARDIS. [He headed over to the cabinet and retrieved a mug.] Are there any preliminary inquiries you'd like to put forth?

She'll try to form it with you first. Hold on a mo' [He poured her a mug, then one for himself.] Technically she feels everything that's happening inside of her. It's similar to what we fleshy types would consider touch. She's a strong enough mind to manifest matter with use of Block Transfer, which is how she achieves dimensional transcendence and alters her interior at will. A magnificent intelligence but with supreme curiosity and the loyalty of a ship to a pilot that she knows she needs.

They have been, yes. Artificial intelligences as well, as she has an affinity for them. [He pulls out his key, pausing to look at the Seal of Rassilon embedded in it, before going to unlock the TARDIS door. He opens it up as he's taking a sip of the tea, letting only a small amount of that psychic pressure out as he stands next to the entrance, waiting for her to approach in her own time.]

[And immediately the old girl's presence becomes more well defined. Immediately curious and putting forth her own sense of greeting (not so much words, but the definite psychic impression being shoved at T'Pol).

The Doctor peeped in after her before stepping inside.] If you're feeling anything, it's due to a part called the Rassilon Imprimature. One of the artificial components of her intelligence that convinces her to communicate with pilots.

Attempts to. At least get a feel for people as potential pilots. TARDISes can be picky. [He goes over to the console to temporarily disable the Isomorphic controls.

As he does this, the TARDIS's impressions and curiosity become stronger. He pats the surface of the console and motions T'Pol over.] She vibrates when she's pleased.
